The following is a list of things we have already done, and things that are being worked on. This list will be maintained by me, Hookonsonic2, and Isentar. If any work from any member changes its progress level, please post it here. I will make the proper changes and then delete the post.

Character models:
Sonic - current model is approx. 80-90% done. Textures need to be found, irises need to be shaped, skeleton needs to be fine-tuned. A new model may be necessary due to the source of our current model. A direct game rip may be replacing the current model.
Shadow - Progress unknown. We have a model with a skeleton set up, but that was already there. No testing has been done.
Other characters: Will add later or if specifically requested...

Script work: So far, nothing.

Level design: Only a test level of the most crude fashion has been made. Two exist, actually. One is just a test to see if Blender can export to a .exe properly, and the other is an actual test level of sorts that will be used to test gameplay mechanics and physics. It has a couple ramps, some spaces to jump on, and a loop-de-loop. Not currently finished, since I can't seem to rig up a good loop-de-loop.

Music: We have many many songs of various types that have already been made, most of which are actually very good and will work in the final version of the game once better-sounding software is acquired. We've very few useful sound effects.

Voice acting: Although the progress for this is in another thread, there are a few things missing from it. The majority of our needs have been met. Most major characters have voice actors ready. No practical files have been recorded yet.

Miscellaneous game objects: Things like trees, dashpads, badnicks, etc. Some progress, though it will be relatively easy to obtain more items.
