I have publisized this project on Mario Fan Games Galaxy and MFGG3 (the casual chat board). I know some people who are good with 3D there... I hope they can help and get the hedgehog rolling.

Suite, that should boost progress.
I think the major problem with us is that nobody knows (with much proficiency), how to design, rig, and add textures to, modelling. While we may have many of our models designed and textured (thanks to FA), rigging them and making sequences is way out of my league. It takes the utmost of my skill just to make something in Blender, let alone animate it.
