Well I'm glad that it can handle it. May I ask what settings you have the game set at, graphics wise?

Shadow and reflection quality are both set to low. All othr settings are default. In all honesty, the game lags.... It still rocks though! My computer specs are in my signature if you want to look at them again.... ^^; Btw, I just read your signature and realized that your computer is twice as awesome as mine.

That CPU of yours is the one poor point that I can see on your computer. 1.3Ghz is a typical netbook or low-end laptop CPU speed. The video card looks up to par, which is probably the main reason why the game is running as well as it is.

That's awesome. I think my sound card might be messing up though because some in-game sounds and many cutscene dialogue sounds stop working. Also, at times it seems to have a frame skip. I'm telling you this so if you come across someone with similar computer specs you can tell them what will probably happen. ^^

The frame skips are probably just because of certain background programs needing to use a bit more power for something quick, and the sound is probably just the sound card. Not much more you can do there.

Ah, technical stuff that I can only understand because I see H2 every day of my life almost and the only things he's good at are Sonic and computers.
Come to think of it, he's probably good at other stuff, but secretly, between the two of us, [whisper] I'm the better cook [/whisper].

Yea.......no. I'm the better cook.
I'm also good at singing, general video gaming (PC gaming FTW n00bs, i iz l33t h4X0r), general ninja stuff, and a few other things that are minor.
That stuff isn't that technical. The frame skips (instances in which the game or application quickly and momentarily produces "laggy" output) are caused by certain natural programs that run in the background (the general name for the area that small programs run unnoticed, but not with small effects on your computer) and, depending on what background programs you have, you may or may not experience moments of lag caused by some of the programs needing to use quick jolts of energy for a fast computation.
Yep..

I acknowledge your voice box, and you're a good general gamer, (what on earth does "PC gaming FTW n00bs, i iz l33t h4X0r" mean???), but you're not the better cook. Just because you've taken Foods I and part-way through II, means nothing. True talent you're born with, not learned. You're just grasping at straws now.

Perhaps we should have a cook-off at some point?
Anyway, what I said before (in l33t 5p33k (gamer language)) was "PC gaming for the win, I am an elite pro", or something to that general extent.

... I don't get it. I suppose I never will.
And you're on. Barbecue? Casserole? Pastries?
You name it, I'll face you off. Maybe even a tournament.

Umm... I'm lost...
Btw, you two know each other in real life? That's awesome!
I just learned, because my uncle does computer wiring for skyscrapers and because my other uncle works for apple repairing computers, that every processor has a die date, and that the processor is attached to the motherboard and cannot be replaced. Most Dell Dimension 3000's have reached their kill date. I know because I have seen more than one crashed Dell Dimension 3000 AND my other friend who repairs computers said my dell is toast. :\

I wasn't clear enough. My processor on the Dimension is burned up and can't be replaced. Btw, wait for webpages to load completely before clicking anything. It's good for your processor.
